Upon payment of a session you, the client, agree and understand that ​Perri Fawcett is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor. You the client give ​Perri Fawcett​ full permission to hypnotise you and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to your personalised recording for 30 days, you play an important role in your overall success. You understand that, although Rapid Transformational Therapy has an incredibly high success rate, ​Perri Fawcett ​cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that ​Perri Fawcett has no ​control over, including your willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of yourself. You give ​Perri Fawcett​ full permission to make audio recordings that may include your voice. You understand that if a recording (or recordings) are made during or after your session(s) ​Perri Fawcett ​retains full copyright over any forms of media that may be produced and distributed to you. You hereby grant permission to ​Perri Fawcett​ to respectfully lift your arm, touch your shoulder, or rock your head during your Rapid Transformational session(s) in order to help facilitate the deepening process. Upon payment, you consent that ​Perri Fawcett​ may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; if you, as a client, are in imminent danger to yourself or others; or if a subpoena of records has been requested. You also understand that, at any time, ​Perri Fawcett ​may discuss aspects of your case with other colleagues keeping your full name and identity completely confidential always unless you have given permission otherwise.
