Q.- What does it feel like to be hypnotised?

A.- When under hypnosis, you will feel deeply relaxed. Because we are accessing the subconscious, it's an alpha brainwave state, which is the same brainwave as meditation and the perfect conditions for neuroplasticity

Q.- Will I be under your control while under hypnosis?
​
A.- No. You are always in control and able to let me know if anything feels uncomfortable. You will remember the session entirely.

Q.- Does it work the same online as in person?
​
A.-Yes, as long as I can see you and you're in a safe comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. Some find that it can be even better as there is no travel involved and they can relax or sleep directly after the session.

Q.- How will I feel after?
​
A.- Some report feeling tired, some light and energised and some have felt a bit unsettled. Although each person's experience is unique, it is important to honour how you're feeling. It's good to stay hydrated and take some time to 'rest and digest' if you feel the need.

Q.- Why do I need to listen to the recording for 21 days?
​
A.- This is your part of the work. It takes at least 21 days to rewire the brain and cement the new suggestions into the subconscious. The recording is yours to keep and listen to for as long as you like.

Q.- How will I know it worked?

A.- Everyone's experience is their own. Some notice an immediate change and for others there are little subtle shifts. I'll be checking in on you post session to hear about your experience, to give extra tips and to answer any questions you may have.

Q.- How many sessions will I need?
​
A.- Many things can be resolved with just one RTT session (30 day commitment). However, dependent on the complexity of the issue and what we uncover during the initial consultation and session, we may need to delve a little deeper. From my experience, there are some things that just need a little more specific attention. The packages are created for this exact purpose.
